Import MSG and EML files

Import emails

When importing an email into MSG Email Reader, the data is copied into the application’s local storage.

There are several ways to import your MSG files:

  • Drag and drop your .msg or .eml files into the app window
  • Click Import from the left-hand sidebar and select your file(s) manually
  • Double-click an .msg or .eml file, or right-click from your file explorer and select Open With > MSG Email Reader
